Brian Sloggett is Chairman of Newsteer and advises organisations on how property can better support their wider business objectives. His work spans strategic asset management, estate planning, option appraisal, lease strategy, business rates and the release of development opportunities, helping clients enhance value, reduce cost and protect operational performance.
Brian has led large multidisciplinary teams on complex property instructions where financial, operational and stakeholder considerations need to be understood together. His experience includes work for major food retailers, Sussex NHS Trust and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, as well as town and retail centre repurposing and strategic estate advice.
He brings senior commercial judgement and a practical understanding of how property decisions affect organisations beyond the asset itself. Brian helps clients assess options clearly, bring the right specialists together and make decisions that are both commercially sound and operationally realistic.
