He advises on acquisitions, disposals, lease matters, development and asset optimisation, bringing a direct market perspective to complex property decisions.
Giles has extensive experience across business parks, distribution units and industrial estates and has led major agency and transaction mandates for clients across the UK. His work includes Goodman’s 435,000 sq ft Andover distribution hub for the Co-op, alongside strategic acquisitions, disposals and lease restructuring instructions.
He combines market knowledge, negotiation and stakeholder management to help clients identify the right commercial solution and carry it through. Giles works collaboratively across disciplines where required, keeping advice grounded in market reality and focused on practical outcomes.
