Lottie Smallwood is an Associate Director in Newsteer’s Asset and Transaction Advisory team, helping public and private sector landowners, investors and developers make informed decisions about land and property assets. She advises on strategic land optimisation, development consultancy, portfolio review and disposal strategy across residential and commercial property.
Lottie brings together planning context, development appraisal, valuation evidence and market insight so clients can assess the full lifecycle of an asset rather than individual decisions in isolation. Her project experience includes Wood Street Library, where she supported feasibility and appraisal work for a council-led scheme, and portfolio work for Tesco and THCH involving surplus land, development appraisals and disposal strategy.
Working collaboratively across Newsteer’s disciplines, Lottie helps clients move from review to action. Her practical approach connects site potential with a realistic market and transaction strategy, creating clearer routes to value, delivery and disposal.
