Nicole Fatusin is a Surveyor in Newsteer’s Development Consultancy team, helping public and private sector clients assess development, viability, valuation and compulsory purchase matters on complex projects. She brings strong analytical skills to instructions where clients need to test assumptions, understand commercial risk and connect financial evidence with delivery strategy.
Nicole works across regeneration and infrastructure-related projects, supporting financial viability, procurement and development consultancy alongside wider consultant teams. Her current work includes Dagenham Heathway, Woolwich Exchange and Convent Way, with previous involvement in major regeneration projects including Birmingham Sports Quarter, OPDC and Northern Powerhouse Rail.
She works collaboratively with colleagues and project teams to make financial and property evidence useful for decision-making rather than simply technical output. Nicole’s approach helps clients compare options, challenge assumptions and build a clearer commercial case for the route they take towards delivery.
