Serena Page is a Director in Newsteer’s Planning team and leads the firm’s Industrial and Logistics planning offer. She helps developers, occupiers, investors and landowners understand planning risk, assess development potential and shape commercially focused strategies for complex sites.
Her work spans industrial and logistics, retail, commercial and major mixed-use development, including residential, hospitality and leisure schemes. Serena advises at critical stages of site acquisition and delivery, leading complex planning applications and helping clients identify constraints, test opportunities and establish a clear route forward.
Serena works closely with clients to understand how a development needs to operate before shaping the planning strategy around it. By bringing operational requirements, policy, technical inputs and commercial priorities together early, she helps project teams manage risk, make informed decisions and progress proposals that are both workable and capable of delivery.
