Stefan Davies is a Director in Newsteer’s Asset and Transaction Advisory team, helping landlords and occupiers resolve complex lease events, reposition assets and make commercially grounded occupational decisions. He advises across retail, office, industrial and leisure property, with particular strength in lease restructuring, rent and renewal matters and strategic asset advice.
Stefan brings both lease advisory and transactional experience, giving him a practical understanding of how occupational terms, asset performance and market considerations interact. His work includes rent review and lease renewal advice to various food retailers, portfolio support for landlord’s and strategic lease and occupational advice for office occupier clients.
He is used to working on commercially sensitive and time-critical matters, coordinating closely with clients, solicitors and other advisers to reach workable outcomes. Stefan’s pragmatic approach combines evidence, negotiation strategy and commercial judgement to help clients protect value and move difficult property decisions forward.
