Will Thomas is a Graduate Surveyor in Newsteer’s Asset and Transaction Advisory team, supporting clients and colleagues across lease advisory, acquisition, disposal and valuation work. He brings structured research and analysis to property instructions, helping ensure that market evidence and project information are clear, accurate and useful for decision-making.
Will’s experience includes asset disposals, portfolio valuations, acquisition searches and marketing across retail, industrial, residential and office assets. He contributes to market reporting, site sourcing, sales and acquisition campaigns, valuation analysis and stakeholder communication.
Working alongside Newsteer’s transaction and advisory teams, Will helps clients compare opportunities, understand market evidence and maintain momentum through the practical stages of a property instruction. His methodical approach and attention to detail make the information behind transactions easier to navigate and act on.
