Cameron (Cam) Saffery is a Graduate Surveyor in Newsteer’s Asset & Transaction Advisory team, focusing on investment advisory.
Cam supports the marketing of foodstores, offices, industrial property, and development sites. His work includes preparing investment and letting brochures, undertaking tenant covenant analysis, and carrying out property inspections and site visits.
He also undertakes development appraisals to assess alternative land uses and determine land values, comparable analysis to support lease renewal negotiations, and cash flow and marriage value modelling to assess feasibility.
