Newsteer assisted the client throughout the redevelopment of this town centre site. As well as providing planning advice, we also supported on financial viability.

•  Our support included multiple planning applications, including full planning, s.96a, and s.73.  Initially planning permission was obtained 169 units in five blocks ranging from four to six storeys.
• A further permission was granted in June 2021 to increase the scheme to 272 new homes in four blocks ranging from five to eleven storeys.
  • In 2023 the scheme was further amended and secured permission for 406 flats in 4 blocksover part 6-11 storeys with mix of 1, 2 and 3 bed homes, with on-street parking bays, and roof top amenity.
