Sale of Tesco Express Site, SE13
We successfully brokered an off-market deal for the disposal of a Tesco Express site under a JV agreement with Esso. We secured an off-market offer, supported by a full disposal report with comparable evidence to secure board approval. The disposal concluded in in September 2024.
MFG subsequently opened the site with Shell Badging in October 2024.
