- Re-submission of application further to Council refusal (against officer recommendation) for a 305-unit scheme over part 10 and 22 storeys
- Reconfiguration of remaining car park for existing Tesco, restaurant and residential development
- The project is now on site and due to be completed by the end of 2023.
