Rebecca is a chartered town planner, having passed her RTPI APC in March 2024.

Rebecca studied a master’s in Spatial Planning at UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning and since then worked at the TCPA and at Southwark Council. She has experience in national and local policy, including advising on policy compliance for large-scale applications and analysing approved applications to inform new local plan and supplementary planning document policies, in particular energy and green infrastructure policy. She has experience in development management, handling a large caseload of householder, advertisement consent and minor applications.

Rebecca has a keen interest in conservation and heritage sites, strategic placemaking and town centre regeneration.
