Brian is Newsteer’s Chairman and an established leader with the property industry with experience in running large multi-disciplinary teams. 

With over 35 years experience gained across all areas of corporate advisory work, Brian advises both the public and private sectors, specialising in ensuring that property assets support and enable the business. This involves setting strategic asset plans through delivery: enhancing value and driving down costs. 

Recent advice has included estate planning, option viability appraisals to release value from operational estates, lease re-gears, strategic business rates and prior agreement and the release of development opportunities whilst maintaining operations. Over the past few years clients have included the major food retailers, Sussex NHS Trust and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO).
