David leads on our commercial transactions, and is actively involved in investment, development and agency sectors. He is advising investors such as, LaSalle Investment Management, M&G, Leftfield Properties and Investra on in excess of 1.0 million sq ft of retail warehouse and supermarket assets and has transacted on investments worth over £50m in the last 6 months. He presently advises Topgolf on all their properties in the UK, with a mandate to expand their operations in the UK & Ireland.

David is currently providing strategic asset advice to Asda, Tesco, Waitrose M&S and Sainsburys on their foodstore and retail warehouse portfolios. He also advises numerous developers on retail and leisure based schemes with a view to acquiring development opportunities, letting and subsequently funding developments. In addition David is lead Director in offering advice to two Local Authorities regarding in borough regeneration.

David has previously worked for both a privately owned property and development company where he grew their commercial portfolio through investment and development.

Either side of this he has worked for large real estate consultancies, commencing the first 20 years of his in retail property with Colliers CRE specialising in the retail sector where notable clients were British Land and Aldi advising them on the acquisition of their first 100 stores in the UK.
