Frances Hylands is HR Manager and Executive Assistant at Newsteer, helping the business and its client-facing teams operate smoothly and consistently. She supports directors and colleagues across Asset & Transaction Advisory, Agency and Investment, alongside wider office management, finance control and people-related activity.
Fran brings extensive property-sector experience across business support, team coordination and revenue control. Her work has included organising portfolio inspection programmes, supporting client events and managing financial and administrative processes that sit behind technical delivery.
She provides the continuity and organisation that allow teams to stay focused on clients and projects.
