Jordan Saleh is a Director in Newsteer’s Occupier Advisory team and leads the firm’s UK Flex Advisory offer. He helps occupiers make better flexible workspace decisions, supporting acquisitions, disposals and portfolio optimisation with independent advice on pricing, availability, commercial terms and negotiation strategy.
Jordan combines advisory experience with first-hand operator insight, having worked extensively within the flexible workspace sector. He has advised more than 200 occupiers across the UK, from start-ups to major corporates in professional services, technology, financial services, creative industries, banking and legal sectors.
His approach is firmly occupier-first. Jordan works with clients to understand operational needs, growth plans, risk appetite and budget before assessing the market, helping businesses see the real trade-offs between options. By connecting workplace requirements with market intelligence and negotiation strategy, he helps clients secure flexible solutions that support how their organisations work, scale and adapt.
