Sarah Hiscutt is a Director in Newsteer’s Planning team, helping public and private sector clients unlock residential, mixed-use and regeneration projects across London and the South East. She advises on planning strategy, estate renewal, affordable housing and urban development, supporting clients from identifying development potential through negotiation, consent and delivery.
Sarah combines detailed planning knowledge with a strong understanding of commercial and delivery considerations. Her experience includes 10 Victoria Street for the London Borough of Newham, work on the Aylesbury Estate in Southwark and affordable housing and temporary accommodation proposals in Worthing, where planning, tenure, policy and programme issues need to be carefully aligned.
She leads multidisciplinary teams and works closely with clients and stakeholders to resolve difficult planning issues, respond to changing policy and maintain momentum. Sarah’s practical approach helps clients make confident decisions while keeping planning strategy focused on what can realistically be delivered.
