Stefan’s experience covers various sectors of the commercial property market, including retail and leisure, offices and industrial where he acts for both Landlords and Tenants.
He has experience of different disciplines including Landlord and Tenant, Agency, Rating and Valuation and has a wealth of experience of representing clients in Arbitration/Expert Determination and Valuation Tribunal proceedings.
His experience also includes the re-purposing of property assets, in particular within the retail sector.
