Newsteer Real Estate Advisers is very pleased to have submitted a full planning application on behalf of our client Coalition Land for their site at Burr Street, Luton, for 272 new homes in 4 blocks ranging from 5 to 11 storeys, less than 5-minutes walk from the town centre station. The application is made further to a consent granted in November for 169 homes and positive pre-application engagement with Luton Council.

From Newsteer, Paul Manning and Rachel Mengham advised on planning and Richard Garside and Lottie Smallwood advised on financial viability. The scheme is designed by White Red Architects, with professional advice from XCO2, MLM Group, Travel and Transport Planning Consulting Ltd (TTP Consulting), Turley for TVIA, MPC, BRD Environmental Ltd, Air Quality Consultants Ltd and Janice Gooch Heritage Consultancy.
