In setting up Newsteer in 2019, we created a new type of real estate advisory business. We don’t just provide services—we create solutions. Whether we’re working on retail, industrial, healthcare or infrastructure projects, our approach is always rooted in technical excellence, commercial insight, and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. We believe in the power of collaboration—bringing together diverse ideas and expertise to achieve better outcomes, because we know we’re stronger together. Now a team of more than 40, we are a multidisciplinary team of surveyors and planners, providing specialist advice across Development Consultancy, Regeneration & CPO, Town Planning, Occupier and Lease Advisory and Transactional Services.
