In setting up Newsteer in 2019, we created a new type of real estate advisory business. We don’t just provide services – we create solutions. Whether we’re working on retail, offices, industrial, healthcare or infrastructure projects, our approach is always rooted in technical excellence, commercial insight, and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. We believe in the power of collaboration—bringing together diverse ideas and expertise to achieve better outcomes, because we know we’re stronger together. Now a team of more than 40, we are a multidisciplinary team of surveyors and planners, providing specialist advice across Development Consultancy, Regeneration & CPO, Town Planning, Occupier and Lease Advisory and Transactional Services.
