Newsteer Real Estate Advisers is very pleased to have submitted a full planning application for our client De Vere Partners to Ealing Council (London Borough of Ealing) after very useful pre-application engagement with Ealing Council and the GLA and following a Design Review Panel for the scheme known as Stirling Gardens, at Stirling Road /Bollo Lane in South Acton.

The proposal is designed by HTA Design LLP, and is for a 57% increase in the industrial / commercial floor space on site taking this to 1,954 sqm over ground and first floor, with 88 new homes over 2nd to 9th and 2nd to 13th floors around a central podium with a 35% provision of affordable homes.
