Planning secured for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing scheme via Section 73

Great news for our client, Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH), with our Planning team securing permission via Section 73 for a scheme in Southall. This amends a planning permission for 118 flats on the site of the Former Southall College in the London Borough of Ealing, taking a 35% affordable scheme to now have the ability to deliver 100% affordable. It also increases the number of family units significantly in a similar scheme to that approved previously.

MTVH were advised by Guy Logan Architects; Iceni  (highways, daylight sunlight, and landscape); with Bugler bringing forward this development which is already on site.

Planning Director Paul Manning said:

This is an exciting proposal and the changes to the approved scheme made through the s.73 provides an overall betterment to the scheme while contributing to the much needed delivery of affordable homes in Ealing. We look forward to continuing to work with the Council and team.
