Jonny Stevenson is a Director in Newsteer’s Agency and Development team, helping landowners, developers and investors shape development-led disposal strategies and bring sites to market with a clear understanding of value, demand and delivery risk. He advises on development consultancy, professional agency and marketing strategy across residential, Build to Rent, affordable housing, student accommodation, hotels and mixed-use projects.
Jonny’s work starts before a sale process begins, testing development potential, existing use value and market appetite so that clients can make informed decisions about timing, positioning and disposal route. His project experience includes the disposal of Ovalhouse Theatre and White House in Lambeth, Hampton Street in Elephant and Castle, and advice on Burgess Industrial Park in Southwark.
He works closely with planning, development and transaction colleagues to connect site potential with a market-facing strategy that buyers can act on. Jonny’s commercially focused approach helps clients move beyond simply marketing an asset to creating a clearer route to value and delivery.
