This is an opportunity to work across lease advisory, valuation and transactions, combining technical expertise with commercial thinking to solve problems and deliver the right outcomes for clients.

You’ll be:
- MRICS qualified, with around 1–2 years’ post-qualification commercial property experience
- a confident communicator with strong written and technical skills
- commercially aware, with a good understanding of the wider property market
- confident using Excel and analysing property information
- comfortable working with clients and contributing as part of a team
Registered RICS Valuer status would be useful, but isn’t essential.
The role involves travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays, so you’ll need a full UK driving licence.
