The development provides 458 student bedrooms in the heart of Loughborough on a long-standing vacant site of 20+ years.

Newsteer advised on the post consent works to enable the development to be delivered by undertaking a suite of s96a and s73 applications, this included inclusion off significant public art secured in collaboration with the Art Faculty and students of the University.

The scheme designed by Rio Architects has a range of room types and top end facilities including a study area, a fitness suite, games area, cinema, laundry, air conditioning, study rooms, TV in every bedroom, and bike stores.
