Newsteer wins two more CoStar awards in another strong quarter!

Newsteer has picked up not one but two more CoStar Deal Awards this quarter – recognised as winners in both the North West Office and South East Industrial categories. These latest wins reflect another busy and successful period for our Occupier Advisory team as we continue to deliver impactful, strategic property solutions across the UK.

In the North West, our work with Auto Trader UK on their new 130,000 sq ft HQ at Circle Square, Manchester has been one of the standout office transactions in the region. The deal supports Auto Trader’s continued growth in one of the UK’s most dynamic tech clusters and underlines our ability to align workspace strategy with business ambition.

Meanwhile, in the South East, we’ve supported Parfetts on the next stage of their national expansion with the acquisition of a 113,000 sq ft depot in Southampton. This follows our previous work with the group in Birmingham and marks another key milestone in their growth across the South Coast and into Greater London.

These awards follow on from our recognition last quarter, where we were named Top Acquisition Agent – West London at the 2025 CoStar Awards. The continued recognition from CoStar is a great endorsement of the value we offer to occupiers – through independent, conflict-free advice, deep market insight, and a clear focus on long-term solutions, not just short-term deals.

A big thank you to our clients and partners for your ongoing trust and collaboration.
