David Felman is a Director in Newsteer’s Occupier Advisory team, helping occupiers make property decisions that support their wider business objectives. He provides account leadership and strategic advice across acquisitions, disposals, lease events and portfolio strategy, with a focus on reducing financial and contractual risk and securing competitive market terms.
David works across office, healthcare, life sciences, defence and industrial mandates. His experience includes advising Hargreaves Lansdown on its move to the Welcome Building in Bristol, a transaction recognised as Lease of the Year – South West at the 2026 CoStar Impact Awards. Newsteer supported the process from workplace and location strategy through to identifying the right opportunity and negotiating terms aligned with the client’s long-term objectives.
His wider work includes London headquarters advice for Link Group, a major facility acquisition for Ultra Electronics and occupier mandates for MoneySuperMarket Group, United Utilities and Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. David combines market knowledge, negotiation and project leadership to keep complex transactions aligned with client priorities and moving towards a successful outcome.
