Tracy Cooper is a Director in Newsteer’s Occupier Advisory team, helping occupiers manage complex property decisions across strategy, transactions and lease events. She advises on acquisitions, lease renewals, rent reviews, regears and freehold and leasehold disposals, with particular experience in life sciences and specialist accommodation.
Tracy combines detailed lease advisory knowledge with commercial judgement, helping clients understand their options, test financial and contractual risk and shape negotiation strategies around operational priorities. Her experience includes strategic advice at Milton Park, Didcot, involving significant rent review and regear opportunities.
She works closely with occupier teams and other advisers to bring structure to decisions where cost, timing, specialist accommodation and longer-term portfolio objectives all need to be balanced. Tracy’s practical, client-side approach helps turn complex lease issues into clear, implementable outcomes.
