David Conboy is a Director in Newsteer’s Development Consultancy team, helping clients navigate the land, valuation and compensation issues that can prevent complex projects from moving forward. He specialises in compulsory purchase, land assembly and compensation, advising acquiring authorities, developers and landowners on ownership risk, compensation exposure and practical delivery strategy.
His work also covers restrictive covenants, rights to light, public sector land, viability and transaction structures. David has advised on major regeneration and infrastructure projects including Brent Cross Cricklewood, New Bermondsey, Dreamland Margate, Charlton Riverside and Hounslow High Street Quarter.
David works across technical, commercial and statutory issues to turn complexity into a clear plan of action. By aligning valuation, ownership, funding and delivery considerations, he helps clients manage risk, progress negotiations and keep regeneration and infrastructure projects moving.
