Jessica is a chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with 6 years’ experience, providing planning advice across a range of uses and for various scales of development. This includes health and hospital developments, residential developments (both greenfield and brownfield), large and small scale mixed-use developments, conversions and extensions to both residential and commercial properties, as well as smaller minor works and changes of use. Jessica also has experience advising on several Prior Approval schemes making use of permitted development rights.
Jess has a wide breadth of project experience in London and across the country. Jess advises both private and public sector clients on planning strategy at varying stages of development; from feasibility and inception, to securing planning permission, to project delivery. Jess also advises several clients on site promotion and engagement with the local plan process.

- Secured planning permission for a new 78no. bed mental health facility in north London adjacent to a listed building
- Took an active role in the team who secured planning permission for a 500 unit mixed-use (Build to Rent) scheme in East London.
- Took an active role in the team who secured planning permission for a 450 unit scheme in Croydon, including two 25no. storey towers
- Advised on a 950 unit residential scheme in Ebbsfleet Garden City, including various condition and reserved matters applications
