Mark Byles is a Director in Newsteer’s Development Consultancy team, helping public and private sector clients shape complex development and regeneration projects into commercially workable delivery strategies. His advice spans viability, development valuation, procurement, land assembly, CPO strategy and public-private partnership structures.
Mark uses financial modelling and market engagement to test options, understand risk and help clients decide how projects should be structured and brought forward. His experience includes Lea Bridge Station Sites, where he led procurement of a development partner for a 375-home scheme; Convent Way Estate Regeneration, where he advised on viability, business case design and acquisition strategy; and Twickenham Riverside, where he supported market testing and land transaction negotiations.
His approach goes beyond appraisal.
