Graduate / Trainee Surveyor - Occupier Advisory

A fantastic opportunity to join our Occupier Advisory team.
You will be part of our Occupier Advisory team, who specialise in providing UK wide real estate advice exclusively to occupiers. Working across a range of sectors, from life sciences and industrial to offices and utilities, you'll primarily support a Senior Director and Senior Surveyor in London on client work load. The clients and work undertaken is on a national basis and so travel will be involved.
You will have an undergraduate degree but this does not have to be property related. Above all, we are looking for someone who works well in a team, and who is approachable, friendly, hard-working, intuitive, and adaptable.
- Assist the Team to undertaken property searches of the market to identify suitable properties to meet occupiers operational requirements
- Make contact with property agents and undertaking market research via data bases to obtain correct and up to date property data
- Assist Team members in producing client reports by agreed deadlines
- Support Directors and senior surveyor with all aspects of work and negotiations relating to property acquisitions, disposals, lease regears and lease advisory - rent review and lease renewals
- Undertake property inspections, measurements and viewings - accompanied by a Team member
- Support the Team on marketing and Business Development initiatives.
