With over three years experience, George is now part of a professional team specialising in compulsory purchase and land assembly. His experience has primarily focused on providing agency advice to housing associations and local authority clients including: development planning and feasibility studies, S106 negotiations, site appraisals and disposal.
He is currently advising acquiring authorities, land owners and occupiers on several regeneration and estate renewal schemes including Brent Cross Cricklewood (Hammerson/Aberdeen Standard Investments / LB Barnet and Argent Related), Spray Street Quarter (RB Greenwich, St Modwen and Notting Hill Housing) and the Marlowe Road Estate (LB Waltham Forest & Countryside).
In addition, George is a well-practiced valuation surveyor having undertaken RICS Red Book compliant valuations, land assembly Property Cost Estimates, Rights to Light compensation assessments and development appraisals.
