David has been operating in the residential property sector for over 34 years, originally as an agent specialising in new home sales, pioneering the ‘off plan’ marketing to the Far East in the late 1980s, establishing an office in Hong Kong and exhibiting in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore. David has sold developments all over London and the South East and continues to advise clients on new homes to this day. 

David is responsible for the residential element of the business through valuation, development advice, new home sales and viability consultancy. David’s exceptional knowledge and experience of the London market, particularly the super and uber prime sector, made him a sought after valuer by the major banks and lenders in the sector, especially after the credit crunch in 2008, where the right advice was essential. David has acted as an Expert Witness in valuation disputes, advised and acted for receivers in the disposal of asset portfolios, as well as lenders requiring assistance in the development sector. 

Amongst advising clients on development maximisation, value enhancement and viability, David also acts in acquisitions and disposals of sites for various clients and has orchestrated significant off market deals including the New Era Estate in Hackney and the Middlesex Business Centre in Southall where David was the only agent involved, dealing directly with both the buyer and the seller. 

David continues to advise clients in the development sector and currently is involved in site acquisitions and site assemblies.
