David Kane is a Director in Newsteer’s Agency & Development team, helping clients assess residential development opportunities, understand value and make confident acquisition, funding and delivery decisions. His work spans development consultancy, valuation, viability and site acquisitions, with deep experience in new homes and prime residential markets.
David advises developers, lenders and receivers where market judgement and commercial strategy are critical. His experience includes Expert Witness work, significant off-market acquisitions and valuation advice on some of London’s highest-value private homes. He has also advised on major residential transactions including the Middlesex Business Centre and New Era Estate.
David brings long-standing market insight together with practical negotiation and development experience. He helps clients test assumptions, understand risk and position opportunities effectively, ensuring that decisions about acquisition, value and delivery are grounded in a realistic view of the residential market.
