We are at the forefront of advising on financial viability negotiations in relation to a number of emerging sectors including Build To Rent and Retirement Housing.
We also provide advice in conjunction with our Affordable Housing Specialist in relation to income threshold testing; the drafting of S106 Review Mechanisms; as well as carrying out viability review calculations.
We advise on a variety of master planning exercises in conjunction with the Planning and Regeneration & CPO teams to enable regeneration.
We assist on the preparation of masterplans, feasibility and capacity studies, working with architects, urban designers and masterplan teams to develop realisable and robust plans.
Our Development Consultancy team has four RICS Registered Valuers who are able to provide RICS Red Book Valuations and valuation advice with the benefit of input from our Planning, Affordable Housing, CPO and Agency experts to ensure that advice is measured and truly reflective of current market and policy conditions.
