He has over 17 years’ experience advising Occupiers nationwide, partnering with our clients and thinking differently to maximise the value of real estate to their businesses.

David has advised on many high-profile transactions ranging from fast growing technology companies such as Product Madness, A+E Networks and Tripledot Studios to established major corporates and well-known organisations such as English Heritage, Ultra, MoneySupermarket Group, Priory Group and the NHS. Recent advice includes the acquisition of a new 15,000 sq ft London HQ for Link Group and the acquisition of a brand new 60,000 sq ft facility for Ultra Electronics.
