Serena joined Newsteer in 2026 as Director in the Planning team, bringing a wealth of expertise across industrial and logistics, retail, commercial and major mixed-use developments, including residential, hospitality and leisure schemes. She has an established track record of leading large, complex planning applications and advising developers at critical stages of site acquisition and delivery.

Serena works collaboratively with clients to build a detailed understanding of their operational objectives, enabling her to deliver tailored, commercially focused planning advice. Her experience spans smaller developer-led projects right through to engagements with major international organisations.

Serena is a Chartered Member of the RTPI and holds a Masters degree in Geography from the University of Cambridge and Masters degree in Town Planning from University College of London
