He works across acquisitions, disposals and portfolio optimisation, helping businesses align property decisions with wider commercial objectives. Jordan advises a range of occupiers across professional services, technology and financial services, with particular experience in flexible workspace strategy and transaction delivery.
Prior to joining Newsteer, he led the Flex – North team at CBRE. He also spent seven years at WeWork, bringing a strong blend of advisory and operator experience.
