• We act on behalf of Renewal Group advising on the New Bermondsey development, a residential-led mixed use development comprising up to 3,518 new homes, including 1,232 (35%) affordable units delivered in five phases.
• The proposals also include the provision of a new community space, indoor sports facility and circa 222,000 sq. ft of commercial and office space.
• The development is being supported by the creation of a new railway station on the East London Line (London Overground), new bus routes and public access.
• We assisted Renewal with securing Housing Zone designation from the GLA for New Bermondsey
