We are retained by a Client as Building Surveying consultants and have undertaken TDD’s on their behalf on six key recent UK acquisitions. The role at Sheffield involved our specialist M&E and cladding subconsultants working to a tight timescale and off-market situation.

The TDD was tailored towards necessary fabric and M&E improvements as well as carbon reduction over the projected ownership period. In our ongoing asset management role, we are now involved in dilapidations and refurbishment together with the installation of a roof garden and ESG improvements.
