Pre-acquisition due diligence, London
We have been appointed to support our investor client through the pre-acquisition due diligence and subsequent ongoing refurbishment of a 115,000 sq. ft. office in central London. The team led the due diligence assessments required to determine compliance with EU Taxonomy (Article 9) pre-acquisition including undertaking technical due diligence and pre-refurbishment audits.
Working to the clients own ESG frameworks (as well as that of the EU Taxonomy), Jones Hargreaves brought a scope together which focusses on delivering a more efficient building with a significantly reduced energy demand along with best-in-class BREEAM, NABERS UK and Wired Score ratings.
When complete, the building will also deliver market leading end of trip facilities, amenity space and include measures such as an integrated green roof and solar PV solution.
