• The acquiring authority acquisition related to several retail units, the station ticket hall and the majority of the southern podium office space.
• On behalf of our client, we advanced heads of claim for items including market value, income losses and injuries affection as a result of Crossrail.
• Compensation advice is still ongoing as woks / alteration to the station have not fully completed.
