Surveyor - Asset and Transaction Advisory

We have a fantastic opportunity for a RICS qualified Surveyor with 1-2 years of commercial experience to join our growing Asset and Transaction Advisory team in London.
In this role, you will use your knowledge of lease renewals and rent reviews, conduct rental and capital valuations, and prepare expert witness reports. You will also apply your understanding and knowledge of the retail market to support our clients and contribute to the team's success.
- MRICS
- Registered RICS Valuer
- Real estate professional with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience transacting commercial property
- Excellent technical and writing skills
- Strong property understanding across the wider sector
- Good communicator
- Detailed knowledge of Excel
- You will have a full UK Driving Licence and be willing to travel throughout the UK with occasional overnight stays away from home.
