Gillian is a Town Planner working across both the public and private sector. Gillian has assisted on schemes in London across tbe UK. This includes experience with large and small-scale engineering works, mixed-use development, residential, leisure and commercial schemes. 

Gillian brings her diverse experience that spans from policy production, community engagement to securing planning consents to each scheme she works on, enabling her to provide comprehensive development advice. Gillian’s responsibilities include performing due diligence work, preparing, submitting and monitoring planning applications as well as preparing planning appraisals.  

Gillian has a keen interest in the built environment and is particularly interested in town centre regeneration.
