Lee-Ann Casbard is Finance and Operations Director at Newsteer, leading the financial, operational and business management functions that support the firm’s client-facing teams. She helps create the systems, controls and processes that allow colleagues to work efficiently, manage the business responsibly and maintain a consistent standard of delivery.
Her responsibilities span financial management, central budgeting, invoicing systems, policies and day-to-day business operations. Since joining Newsteer, Lee-Ann has played a central role in developing the operational framework behind the firm’s growth, improving how information, financial processes and internal responsibilities are managed across teams.
