Stephen acts solely for Occupiers partnering with clients and engaging early to advise on setting their property strategies. On larger projects Stephen will coordinate multiple service lines and consultants to ensure a joined-up approach and the best outcomes for clients. He has more than 25 years of experience specialising in advising on acquisitions , lease regears and disposal strategies.
Stephen has advised on many high profile transactions across a variety of sectors with well known organisations such as Worldpay , Sodexo , United Utilities , MoneySupermarket , Autotrader and Elis.
Recent projects includes relocation advice of a new c.125,000 sq ft Manchester HQ for Autotrader and the acquisition of a new c. 100,000 sqft depot for Parfetts in West Midlands
