With over 15 years of experience, Tracy is part of the Occupier Advisory team, a team dedicated to exclusively advising occupiers, providing advice in the commercial sector, specialising in acquisitions, property strategy, lease regears, stay vs go analysis, lease renewals, rent reviews, occupier lease disposal and freehold disposals.
Working with a range of occupiers across the UK, Tracy’s works closely with her clients to achieve a balance between the commercial aims of the organisation and its property portfolio.
Tracy’s experience varies encompassing a range of different property types, from acquiring commercial buildings and disposing of offices, industrial and listed buildings, to providing an in-house dedicated partnership approach to providing portfolio strategy advice, while also delivering on a range of transactional projects.
Tracy works with businesses from a wide range of sectors from life science, healthcare, education and defence to reprographics, cleanroom and distribution as well as working with charitable organisations.
