Acting on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet, Newsteer successfully disposed of the council owned asset, known as Church Farm.

• The site stretched across 0.42 acres, comprising a number of buildings, including a disused swimming pool, a Grade II Listed Building being used as an independent gym and two garages.
• In order to meet the council fiduciary duty to obtain best consideration, the site was offered for sale by informal tender on a conditional and unconditional basis. The site was sold unconditionally to a developer who is proposing to develop the site for residential use.
