Highlights

  • Principle agent to Tesco in relation to their Asset Optimisation initiative, which has led to either the exchange of contracts or completion on over 12 sites delivering over 4,300 homes.
  • Provided development consultancy advice on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest in relation to their development of the former Wood Street Library, which provides a mixed use scheme including a community facility and 67 residential units.
  • Acting on behalf of Severn Trent Water, successfully disposed of their site located in Etwall to Redrow for residential development.
  • Undertook valuation and development consultancy advice in relation to 40 supermarkets located in the South East on behalf of Tesco.
  • Leading on Asda's asset optimisation initiative, providing both agency and strategic development consultancy advice. The opportunities span from comprehensive redevelopments of their existing store for mixed use development, to surplus car parking for a range of uses including industrial, residential, retirement and retail.
  • Exchanged on the disposal of the Asda, Park Royal to Barratt London, for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site to provide a new 100,000 ft2 supermarket and over 1,500 homes including 35% affordable across the 10 acre site.
