We were instructed to provide advice relating to two mixed use developments on Trust owned sites in North London
- A member of the Development Consultancy team worked internally at the Trust on a 3 days a week basis to assist with the ongoing masterplanning at several sites.
- The wider team provided development consultancy, affordbale housing and viability advice.
- We were assisted by the Planning team who provided in depth advice relating to the Stage 1 reports at both sites
